Praying Unceasingly - James Thomas Angelidis
James Thomas Angelidis's Lenten lecture (24 minutes) is about praying unceasingly the Jesus Prayer - as illustrated in the Christian masterpiece The Way of a Pilgrim - and the goal of hesychia, which is the stillness, silence, rest, quiet within the soul. The 24 minute lecture is followed by a 12 minute period of questions and answers.
Professor James Thomas Angelidis: Lessons on the Messiah Jesus, the Perfect Jew
After many years of studying and four semesters of teaching as an Adjunct Professor of Christian Theology, I have made these lecture videos that provide serious answers. I created lecture videos for my remote learning online students at Seton Hall University in South Orange, NJ. Because of the Covid-19 coronavirus pandemic, my course was canceled; nonetheless, these lecture videos contain powerful lessons, which you may find valuable.

James Thomas Angelidis's Lecture on... Saint Antony and the Way to Theosis
As we prepare for Easter, I was asked to present a Lenten lecture for my local church community. I have created a lecture video (39 minutes) for my local community as well as the broader Christian community. The lecture video is titled - Saint Antony and the Way to Theosis. Through Saint Athanasius's masterpiece - Life of Antony - I investigate the meanings of asceticism (discipline), adversity (suffering), theosis (divinization) and Christian apologetics (defending Christianity). The lecture video is a concise version of my exposition of the same title, which is based on my lessons as a Professor of Christian Theology.
